Greetings from First Army HQ,
LTG Honore' brought me out of my USAR retirement in January 2006 to work on the military history of Katrina. My scope includes active and reserve components (include NG) as well as NOAA and USPHS/MRC. Product includes an e-archive and my group of volunteers and I are working on several manuscripts on the total force's relief efforts for Katrina and Rita. I'm going off active duty in less than two months but I expect to continue working on the project. I am also looking for volunteers to work on various projects. If interested, please contact me at:
